During his tenure as President, Chris successfully led the launch of the company’s lamination and coating division in 2013, significantly expanding Fabric Sources International’s capabilities and enabling the company to offer a broader array of solutions to its customers. He has also played a key role in shaping a corporate culture that empowers team members to listen to customer needs, engineer innovative solutions, and deliver those solutions with consistency and excellence.

Prior to joining Fabric Sources International, Chris held leadership roles within the financial and professional services industries. He remains actively involved in the community, serving in various leadership capacities focused on business, community, and spiritual development.

Chris earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento, and furthered his education at the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University, where he later served on the faculty. He is also a graduate of the Synovus Leadership Institute at Emory University.

Chris and his wife, Melissa, reside in the Dalton, Georgia area with their three sons. They enjoy being actively involved in their boys’ lives, whether through school, sports, or church activities. Servant leadership and spiritual stewardship are guiding principles in both his personal and professional life.

Matt joined the company in 2015 to lead the fabric division. Under his leadership, the division successfully developed and launched several innovative products across multiple market segments. As his impact grew, Matt became increasingly involved in all aspects of the business, partnering closely with the lamination and coating division to develop solutions that delivered critical value to customers. His expanding leadership responsibilities and strategic influence led to his promotion to Chief Operating Officer, and ultimately to his current role as President.

Prior to joining Fabric Sources International, Matt held multiple progressive leadership roles at Shaw Industries, Inc., most recently leading efforts to automate and retrofit Shaw’s engineered hardwood facility in Clinton, South Carolina.

A Dalton, Georgia native, Matt is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Cristinia, and their three children. He is actively involved in their extracurricular activities and enjoys both coaching and cheering them on in every aspect of their lives. Matt’s faith in Christ guides him both personally and professionally, and he always strives to lead with a servant’s heart.

Prior to joining Fabric Sources International, Abbi worked in the healthcare insurance industry, where she served in multiple administrative and human resources roles, including Wellness Coordinator. After taking time away from her career to focus on her family, the opportunity to join Fabric Sources International proved to be a natural fit.

Abbi holds a bachelor’s degree from Kennesaw State University in Exercise and Health Science. A native of North Georgia, she currently resides in Tunnel Hill with her husband, Rhett, and their two children.

Outside of work, Abbi enjoys staying active in her children’s lives and activities. Faith and family play a central role in her life, and she is grateful to be part of a company whose values closely align with her own.

Throughout his career, Dan has consistently exceeded financial performance and cash collection goals while providing clear insight into financial trends. He is known for his ability to communicate complex financial information in a way that helps leadership identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and make informed business decisions.

In addition to his technical expertise, Dan is a strong leader who is passionate about developing others. He takes pride in leading, motivating, and mentoring team members to support both their professional growth and their overall contribution to the company’s success.
